Bakayoko and Karsdorp are slightly doubtful for the match against Feyenoord – Voetbal International

It is not yet one hundred percent certain whether Johan Bakayoko and Rick Karsdorp will be present against Feyenoord. The PSV duo still have to pass one more training session unscathed to be included in the match selection, Peter Bosz said at the press conference.

Bakayoko and Karsdorp were not present during the match against Royal HFC in the KNVB Cup last week and there is a chance that this will not be the case on Sunday either. The Belgian also missed the match against SC Heerenveen. According to Bosz, this was because he is still bothered by the kick he had to take against Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League.

Karsdorp did complete the ninety minutes against Heerenveen. The right back has regularly struggled with pain this season and that is also the case now. It is not entirely known what exactly the Dutchman is currently suffering from. Both Bakayoko and Karsdorp are training with PSV again and if a final test of strength is passed, they will be in the match against Feyenoord.

While Bakayoko and Karsdorp are doubtful, three PSV players are not. Adamo Nagalo, Sergiño Dest and Couhaib Driouech are recovering from a long-term injury. PSV also has a fit selection against Feyenoord.
