Juventus qualified for the quarter-finals of the Italian cup tournament on Tuesday evening. Cagliari won 4-0 at home, partly thanks to a wonderful free kick from Teun Koopmeiners. But the goal of the evening was really scored by Nico González.
Koopmeiners’ beautiful goal made it 2-0 seven minutes after halftime, after Dusan Vlahovic had already given Juventus the lead in the first half. Cagliari couldn’t find a way to fight back into the cup competition after this. Koopmeiners was substituted shortly after his goal and saw from the side how Francisco Conceição made the decision in the 78th minute: 3-0.
