Tigres K19 goalkeeper learned of his father’s death during the match and continued to play

An unpleasant event took place in Mexico, in the match between Tigres and Solos in the U19 category. Specifically, in the half-time of the quarter-final for the championship, the goalkeeper of the home team, Thess Elian Gondaleth, learned that his father, who had been hospitalized for days, passed away.

The young footballer broke down when he was informed of the tragic news, with his teammates rushing to support him.

Despite his sadness and grief, however, Mr Gondaleth he decided to keep fighting under the posts in the second half to help his team win, as it did 2-1.
